In this short but sweet class we go over several breathing techniques and their various applications in daily life. Everything from calming anxiety and quieting anger to finding inner harmony and exploring the depths of your mind. This is the perfect class for anyone looking to expand prior knowledge in meditative techniques or looking for a new way to relieve stress. This class is typically 1 hour long and goes from the basics of meditation all the way to practical applications in daily life.
